Conversations for Palestine are collaborating with @risingtide.aus to organise a very special night in Muloobinba on Wednesday 6th May 2026.
Come and join us 6pm - 8pm, 50 Clyde St, Hamilton North, Muloobinba.
Meet the ‘The Kanaky Delegation’ as they educate us on their ongoing struggle against French colonisation.
This trip will also be a chance for the delegation to connect with decolonial First Nations elders and leaders.
We are organising this event in collaboration with @treatybeforesportsand @freekanakysolidarity.naarm
The name ‘Kanaky’ stems from the word ‘Kanak’. The Kanak are the Indigenous people of Kanaky.
The Kanak people were living on the land thousands of years before Captain Cook showed up in 1774.
It’s thanks to him that many know Kanaky as the colonial name ‘New Caledonia’.
Mob have free entry and no-one will be turned away for lack of funds.
🎟️ Link to tickets: Click here.
Can’t attend? DONATE INSTEAD
Proceeds will be given to The Kanaky Delegation to take back to Kanaky.
